I Purchase Videocon D*h set up box online from d*h.com. i paid **** rupees for setupbox and one month gold telugu pack . on **-**-****. they can't install setup box . I call to Customer care to install setupbox they said waith * hours everyday they said same. after ** days i wrote a letter to customercare . they said refund my amount on **-**-**** but still not refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
