Xiomi India - Not recive product or refund

Khan humaid filed complaint against Xiomi India on Jul 10, 2021

I ordered Redmi note ** shadow black on on *th june Order ID : S*************** which i must get till **th june ,but i didn't get, then i spoke to customer care gave me ** hours then they passed my case to backend team but even after ** hours my problem was not solved..


Then again i complained on **th june again i got ** working hours even though my product was not delivered 
Then i Recomplained on **th june its thats deadline on **nd june even after that my product was not delivered on that the i got out for delivery from shadow fax when i called him he was not on duty and he was out of mumbai and even product was not with him.. 
Then again i complained and i got time till **th june 




I tried my best to contact shadowfax but neither i got any sms nor any call from shadofax 
And shadow is completely unprofessional and its impossible to contact with shadofax i got a shadowfax  number from your team ( **********) but nobody recives call on this number.. 
Today i got a call from delivery boy he called me on some other location when i went there he was not there.. Then i called him total ** time and he put me on black list and he did not recive any single call


I shared all these information with your team  but i did not get any resolution peple whom i contacted ther name are Jeevan, shudanshu, durgesh, komal, anmol ram patel, mohsin, priyanka and i also spoke with Senior executive mr.rahul the are more * to * people 
Today is ** day complete but even not recive my product 
Also i am mailong to redmi support india, manu kumar jain, lakshmees, xiomi india.. 
But my issue is not recived yet... 
And not single reply on mail from manu kuma
My current complaint number is WOIN**************   
On twitter redmi india told me that again wait for * to ** working day and they do not count sat and sunday it means again wait for ** days
