Showsfox - Not reciever the order

I ordered a pair of bluetooth headphones on Aug * **** and I asked them when wil they ship they replied about * or ** days but from then on I sent them more than ** to ** mails and no reply from them being a student I forced my parents so that I can buy them but no response from team or update on my order it's completely a scam please help me get me back my money
