showsfox - Delivered another item

On **.**.**** I ordered using web site www.showsfox.com - drone Mavic Air Combo Black (with *K camera, fly distance up to * km, fly time up to ** minutes...), but on **.**.** I received drone KY***, without camera, fly distance *** meters, fly time - till ** minutes. I write to them by e-mail, I attached the photos (item what whey sent to me and the confirmation of my Order with picture what I real ordered), but they just check my order tracking number - and write to me what my order have status delivered and close conversation with me. I write to them again, but till now I didn't receive another answer. I paid for drone Mavic Air Combo Black around ** pounds with delivery included (they make **% discount for me, real I suppose to pay ** pounds) - but this drone cost around *** pounds. The drone what I received KY*** costs till ** pounds, but I ordered Mavic Air Combo Black because of his characteristics (*K camera, fly distance, fly time...) and I complain about the item what they send to me - inferior to all characteristics.
