Pepperfry.com - Not receiving the replacement for the damaged product

I ordered two chairs from Pepperfry. One of the chair was delivered in a damaged condition. I requested for the replacement. They denied to provide replacement but only return of the product. So, I requested to take both the chairs as return as single one won't fulfill my purpose. However, they denied to that also. Their complaint resolution system is pathetic. Since, one month I am following the issue with them but couldn't get a reasonable resolution. There is no customer grievance redressal system available (the option on their web site doesn't work).
