Siti Digital Cable - Not receiving channels

I am using siti cable network for my tv for more than six months and paying for the HD channels. Since last ** days, I am not receiving most of the channels. I made several complaints to the operator but they are not responding. So I asked them to disconnect their connection and process the refundable amount. They replied that they can't give me the refund.
