i registered my problem several times that the cable tv is not working properly and shows ***: signal interruption code. The customer care executive always said that the problem will be resolved within **hr. I lauched my complaint on * june and now its ** .Its my worst experience. If they take full money and ends up subscription on the **th day why should not they pay for service they are not provinding. There will be a two way process money for services and compainsation.
