dear Concern,
sub – a shocking thing just happened to me which was unexpected from indigo airlines
.

with the above subject and reference,i traveled from goa to bangalore on **/ **/**** time **..** am. but departed *.** am.boarding pass attached. while landing bangalore,i am not found bag .immediate i enquired indigo staff,but they are not found,they given acknowledgement of missing bag. and indigo staff promise me,bag will delivered on same day to my residence i. e on **/**/**** after that i sent mail week time mail conversation, I got call from indigo baggage team and said me they found and they handover to vendor, at any moment you will receive bag. bangalore staff saying notable to trace the bag. They are put me into dilemma. again i sent mail to customer care, they said false information,pls cooperate with us to trace your bag. that is the reason i waited long. To get my bag . one fine day i got call from customer care , saying that your bag lost. we will compensate kilo basis. that day pain full day for me the way she is reacted me. later i sent mail to mr. rahul bhatia,( founder) waited week time no reply from sir. now i am writing pain fully. they have to give full compensation, once i will receive bag i will refund entire amount.here am attaching mail conversation. but indigo staff least bother about their passenger stuff. bangalore staff are not picking my call. If am calling from my colleague number, they will pick. mr. siddarth said me he is gong to inform me about how to claim compensation, i waited long,to receive call. but no response from his or indigo staff.
