Worldwide Transcripts - Not received the Transcript and need full refund as its completely affected my timelines

on **th Jan, I had paid the fees and asked to get Transcript from college for me and my husband. They promised me to provide the same for me by **th of feb (which was *month later) and for my husband around feb end as failed marksheet to be collected first and then transcript.
For both of us, its been **th of April (*months overdue), no progress and they are just saying that they are chasing college and university.
Also we need to call them **** times a day then they pick up our call and say that its in progress.
Meanwhile in the last week, we visited our colleged personally and for me, I received my document in * days for which they have charges me thrice and not even completed work till date.
In my husband's case, they told us that need failed marksheet document first for which they charged separately and when we visited his college, college staff mentioned that its not q required documents.

They are fraud, in the start they promise *-* weeks timeline to get your money.
Also we need to pay full amount in the start. Ideally, they should ask half amount as advance.
I need full refund as this has been badly impacted my further plans. Also mentally and financially its a big loss.
