This is Krishna Kumar, I have done RC for *** for the grand father mob number ***** ***** on Oct *nd, but unfortunately the number is still not activated from the service provider Idea Vi, when spoke to respective admin Gayathri who responded to me irresponsible way, saying we will not refund the money, If I need to do another RC for ** rs again to avail the service.
Admin disconnected the call when I asked to transfer the call floor manager or respective TL Admin disconnected the and not even ready to listen me. This was pathetic services they provide to customers. As I said I am aware of the Customer service how it works, and she behaved like this to me. I just worried about normal customer how they provide such worst customer service. Losing ***rs is not matter to me, but just thinking about normal people who do wrong recharges. This is how Vi earn its huge profits coming with non refundable policy I think so. I need a clarification on your refund policies and solutions to my compliant here.
Note :I was an ex customer for Vi service, because of worst services I moved to other network provider. Expecting a honest solution for my complaint, if not I will be moving my grandfather number other network povider.
