Ankit Puri filed complaint against Go First on Apr 26, 2024
Our flight was scheduled for October **, ****, with Go First airlines, but they canceled our tickets because Go First declared bankruptcy in May ****. We are still waiting for our refund. We booked these tickets via the travel agent website Ease My Trip. We have attempted to contact both the travel agent and Go First multiple times, but to no avail. Could you please assist us in obtaining a refund?
