I placed order on **st September **** by paying ****/- and my delivery date was **th of September **** but you did not delivery on time. it was showing product picked up by courier after no movement its got struck. when i called customer care they said they are not able to deliver to my location so they asked me to cancel and place a new order. I have cancelled my self * times and from your side * times but still cancellation request not happening i called so many times, i received so many calls from your back end team but no use they are saying some technical issue and every time while calling they are taking new cancellation request today morning also they have taken new request. almost ** days you are not refunding my money/not delivering my order.
