It has been over * months , no one has responded via phone or email . Nextra employees have resigned and do not want to e terrain my concern . Installation could not be done because of my premises but yet they tried to sell me the services despite knowing the fact. Later when I realised that they have duped me as connection is not available in my area.
Full payment was done for * months plan but no installation and no refund has been given despite several reminders over email time and again .
Absolutely pathetic team and fraudulent company.
