I ordered an HP laptop from Flipkart and now facing the problem with keypad. HP support care wants invoice with the correct serial number but invoice I received from Flipkart have mentioned wrong serial number. I have complained regarding this on Flipkart but they are not responding. My warranty period is going to expire on **-**-****. My incident on Flipkart is IN******************. Please help me.
