I booked ticket flight ticket on **th may **** from banglore to pune but dur to some reason i cancelled my ticket. Now it's almost one month I have not received any refund .
And now on that app it is showing that I have travelled .
I cancelled that booking twice .
*st time it was showing that "refund is in progress" and after ** days it automatically showing that you travelled then again I cancelled that ticket same it was showed that refund is and in progress and now today i checked it is showing you travelled .
There customer care is not working then they started some gia that pathetic Which make you frustrated. That pathetic thing don't Know anything
I want my refund help me with this
