Flipkart Internet Private Limited - Not ready to do exchange

Order ID OD****************** placed on **th April on the exchange of old LCD TV. Wishmaster pickup boy came and checked my old TV. He asked me for packing a box for old TV, which anyways I cannot keep it for this guy after * years and told me that he cannot take it in exchange as the box is not there. Where it is written that I must provide a packing box for old LCD TV.
Then he started scanning channels on Antenna (which anyways I am not using) and sent a video of same to his supervisor. Now he started saying there is flicker on the screen, so I have to pay difference amount as there is an issue in the screen. Further that I asked him to run it on the firestick connected on HDMI port and it was working flawlessly. But now he and supervisor didn't accept the point and insisting to pay the difference amount or they will cancel the order.
Now I have raised a complaint on the same day **th April (IN*******************) and assured me for resolution by **th April. I again got a call from a delivery person on **th April and denied picking up the old exchange LCD TV. And asking me to pay the difference amount or he will cancel the order.
Today I called up customer care about the status of the complaint and escalating it further. Now they gave me a new date of **th April for the resolution. What a pathetic support from Flipkart, Amazon is better than Flipkart in customer satisfaction.
