I got installed my Dth from independent Tv. It applied on **.**.** from **.**.** to **.**.** has been approved by Anita Dhand in Dec ****, with the *-year pack for **** Rs. Up to February, it works well but after that channels become very less. When I tried to contact customer care at *********** it down for the past ** days. When I tried to subscribe channels through independent tv app it doesn't work either. Please help me to resolve my issue or help me to get a refund of my money. My customer id is **********.
