Flipkart - Not providing replacement as per policy forcing to repurchase from Flipkar

I had purchased TV with order ID OD****************** fvg Nokia ** Inches TV @ *****/- which is exclusively available on flipkart only on**/**/**** . Now the TV is getting spots and remote is not working properly so we raised complaint as it is under warranty Now they says that it is not serviceable area but new one is available @ *****/- They are forcing us to accept refund stating that we don't have any other option. This is pure way of cheating by them as this product is exclusive on flipkart even the customer support executives are not responding properly. Since it is under warranty and new one is being serviceable to same location need to rectify TV or need to exchange with new one . Just this is whole fraud it seems earlier Marq washing machine now this TV. Perfect way of cheating the customers as they thing nothing can be done by us. Now they are stating ****/- will be given in from of Flipkart gift card why the hell should i buy again in Flipkart no way I need my device to be repaired or replace with new TV. Else refund total amount ot original payment method or bank account or any other option as per their wish. Looking forward for early resolution.

The seller has added a Gift Card as goodwill of Rs.**** on March **, **** to your Flipkart account in the gift card section. Having validity for * year and you can use it to purchase any product on Flipkart Website or App. Your kind understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Thank you, As n bill it clearly states the amount ****/- is under exchange of old TV and its not good will I dont want to purchase from flipkart so I dont need voucher instead credit to my account or the card used to purchase as per ur wish.
