Myntra - Not providing refund

I bought wedani kurta, dupatta, pyjama combo. I wanted to return it due to size issues. I filed return request in myntra, mentioning that I didn't get any tags in the dress, still the delivery person refused to take the parcel bavk and asked for approval. When I contacted customer care, they took *-* days to respond and straightway denied my request of providing approval stating This is with regards to your complain about receiving a wrong product ''Wedani Floral Embroidered Layered Anarkali Georgette Kurta With Trouser With''.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return request for this product based on the following details:

- The product went through the mandatory quality check.
- As per the packaging footage, a correct product was shipped.
- The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging.
- No instance of package tampering was reported.
