I live in Narela (northwest Delhi) ******. I went to your Vi store for getting this number as I changed my phone and I was using as esim, now in the new phone I want to use this number but I should have physical sim when I visited your store they said please visit to Rohini because above mentioned number is so old and I am using this number since ** years. This kind of behaviour is not tolerable they never help us always they try to route the customer to another location. If they have to behave like that then why are they here. I want my physical sim, it would be good if you will provide this otherwise I will stop using your services for future and will let know everyone about your disgusting behaviour.
