I took continental club holidays *night/*days T.P.
* years membership on **.**.****. I was called on ***-******** oct. **** for andman holidays but they did not provide me tour package. I also called him and on nov. **** to mrs. neha on mob. no. ********** for goa tour but she also denied , i also inform her that my membership also going to be expired then she extended my membership for * year more. Now i am trying for for my goa tour booking and trying to call on above mentioned land line as well as mobile number but she did not respond on my call and whatsaap messages their corporate offices in vardhman mall and ring road mall also closed till now and my membership is also going to be expire on * jan****. i want to file consumer complaint against him, please provide me lgal assistance.
