I had purchased a *years plan for holiday package worth Rs*****, now when I am calling them they are not responding on phone nor on mail I had msiled many times regarding package and booking but non of them are responding at all. I had suffered a financial as well as mental loss due to behaviour front this company. I had all the related document given to me by company representative not even picking my phone
