Happy Easy Go - Not processing refund

Hi, This is to complain against the fraudulent act of Happyeasygo wherein they are not refunding the ticket cancellation amount since the last * months even after multiple follow ups on emails. The ticket was cancelled online on *th March ****, and the flight has processed refund on **st March ****. Happy Easy Go has not been processing the refund and completely harassing us.
