Myntra - Not processing refund

Dear team,
I’m shalu, I’ve ordered a trendyol v neck sleeveless waistcoat’ from myntra . Since its durga puja time here .. I’ decided to cancel the order on **th September **** due to delay in delivery. I was promised to receive my refund back to my source account within a day.. I’ve used simpl pay later for placing the order. Other items got cancelled along with this particular item unfortunately I did not receive any payment from their end in my sourced account. On complaint customer care team claimed to have initiated the refund.. Continuously they were lying which I got to know when I’ve enquired again . This time Ritika told me that its their fault that the amount is stuck . They’ll soon rectify and the finance team will take care of it I was given *st October **** as the final date when The resolution as well as the refund will be processed again. Today it’s *th oct **** everyday they are calling me and harassing me just to say Kindly wait. I’m frustrated now and I’m waiting for their response. Please help me with this issue. My money is stuck with them
