Myntra - Not processing refund

I ordered a product from Myntra, but I received a different product and it was defective also. So I requested a return for that. Return pickup was not available at my address so they asked me to self-ship the product. I self-shipped the product to their mentioned address. And now that product has already reached at their mentioned address, and its clearly showing on the Indian post website as well. Still, they are not processing the refund. It's already more than *.* months and still, they are asking me the details of the consignment number which I have already shared with them more than ** times over the mail and phone. After *.* months also they are saying we have updated the consignment details in our system and you wait for **-** hrs. I have been waiting since Feb and still, they are asking me the same details again and again and not processing the refund. In the screenshot, it clearly shows that the product is already delivered to them then why I have to wait. If their warehouse employees are not giving them update then whats my fault in that.
