I’ve returned * pair of shoes that i bought from their official website. It’s been ** days since they recieved the products still they’re not processing my refund and not even picking up my calls neither they’re responding to my mails. Their policy says that the refund will be initiated within **-** days of receiving the product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
