Paytm for Business - Not picking up my sound box

I had buyed paytm soundbox on ** december **** , it just worked for * to * days ,i am trying to contact them from January till now their response is same , they always claim of picking up my soundbox withing * to * days or contacting me within ** hours then seeking apologies everything is just fake concern their fake response even they have been deducting my rental charges . I have done around ** calls but nothing is working
