Paytm for Business - My money on hold with paytm

I am merchant I use Paytm qr for my transactions but recently Paytm fraudly stop giving my payment in my bank account two three days later when I checked my bank account there was no payment from Paytm when I checked the app there were approx ****** payment due for settlement I tried setlling it immediately but app refused then I called customer care they said one executive will call in **-** hours but no one called i called them repeatedly but no response. After few days the sent me a message not email mentioning that they want reason why for I m taking so much money from my customer they have doubt...I mean who the hell are you(Paytm) u r just a dalal who takes customer payment and gives back to the merchant. Most interesting after many arguments i need to show them my invoice and all but still after six days also they are not giving my hard earned money..Paytm is a fraud
