Jiofiber - Not picking up device and not giving refund

Sir, I have opted for jiofiber ** days trial period connection of **** rupess.its offer is like, within ** days, if customer is not satisfied then you can cancel it.
I opted, I got issue with speed, I was getting *.*kbps.. I was not satisfied with their service. I told this to their customer care feedback team also several times.
So, I put cancellation request before ** days means ** November, ****. From that they are making fake promises to my mails and calls that they will pick up device and refund me..
Just to pick up device they are saying like they need ** days time.
Sir, u really get frausted from their fake promises. Please help me in this.
