In **** I have started the process for PR in Canada. They use to call me *-* times a day a day. There representative shaishta assured me that if the visa is not picked in year they will refund me **% of the amount after a year. I paid and then a agent was assigned to me sharief. After making payment they stopped communicating and i have to tell them to file my profile and to give me updates. Now after a year my profile is removed from pool but they are not responding anything. I called and left message and multiple emails. All there numbers are coming invalid and i have not recieved anything from them. I have been trying to reach out for a month now. Please help
