On **th nov ,**** i made a payment of **** via phone pe for a purchase from myntra. Due to some technical issue my account got debitted twice. I have been raising the issue with the bank aswell as myntra and phonepe but to no avail. I contacted by bank recently and i got to know that both the payment were successful and it was received by the same account number which belongs to myntra. But myntra customer care have been denying it for the last * months that they havent recievd the money. Then why does it show them as the receiving party. And where is my money in the last * months? They are just frauds sitting out there .
