My concern is regarding the refund of the below product purchased from the Adidas online store (see attached invoice): Order ID: AIN******** Refund ID: ********** Case number: ******** Adidas picked up my return on **/**/**** and received it in their warehouse by **/**/****. I have received (and attached) the confirmation regarding both the pickup and receipt of the product from Adidas via SMS message. To date, the refund has not been initiated I had called ADIDAS customer care numerous times over several days and all they say is to wait for another ** hours and they do not forward my call to a senior manager/supervisor. Furthermore, In the help section of Adidas Indian online shopping website, it is claimed that they have a customer grievance officer reachable at Email: service@onlineshop.adidas.co.in and Tel: *-***-***-****. This is their usual customer help care number and the customer service representatives always deny the fact of their being a grievance officer and never even try to transfer the call to a higher official. (See attached) This is ongoing now for almost a month and I am out of options. Customer care agents of Adidas do not do any help other than ask me to wait and I have no other way of contacting any higher authority within Adidas.I am truly fed up with the very poor and negligent approach from Adidas.
