I was out of station for work and unable to pay bill for last * months it’s responsibility of the company to call the customer and remind them but I didn’t receive any human or computerised voice call on ** December **** early morning them cut off the electricity and take a fine of *** including total bill payment this is totally unacceptable
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
