Motorola - Not giving update

The company is not giving giving regular update i have moto g* plus which i runing on *.* and other moto devices like moto e* plus is having *.*.* android version even the company is not giving security patch update and when we ask on there form twitter costumer care ph no they dont give any idea or respose when i ask "when they will give update" this is not fare with us this wrong
