Lakme Academy (Aptech) - NOT giving the refund of my fees

I have paid the fees for joining the lakme academy but due to covid pandemic am not able to join the institute and i wants to refund my deposited fees (i.e *****rs) yet am not attend a single class. am talk to the academy for the refund but they diene to refund the fees they said me to join whenever you want but not refund the fees.
Am requested to you please refund my fees and i am in need it and it is not certain to join in future.
So please refund the fees
