I ordered a phone(Asus Zenfone Max Pro M* (Grey, ** GB)) from flipkart. but the phone packing was tampered. it was unsealed product. when I requested for the replacement ,they are rejecting my request without a valid reason. even I asked for the refund if they are not able to replace it but still they do not agree.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
