Make My Trip Gurugram Haryana India - Not giving reimbursement

I had booked rooms At ramada Encore.by Wyndham statue of unity for * nights dated **th august to ** august **** by an app called Make My Trip. My booking id was NH**************. SO WHEN on ** august **** I went to that hotel they told there is no booking on my name so I contact customer care of make My Trip. They told they also don't know how this happened . So I asked them to book any other hotel. But they told not available and told me that they will refund the amount and also the reimbursement for the inconvenience. I got the my actual amount refund but did not got the reimbursement as they telling I should show the booking in other hotel for the same date . But I had sone offline booking for other hotel . But make My Trip people saying I need to show booking on other hotel hotel for the same date . As due to festival price of all the good hotels were very high which I couldn't afford. So I.made offline booking through other local.agent. So this way make my Trip.people are making excuses for which they have no.concern and not giving reimbursement. I had to roam.here and there for the room on that day and faced many difficulties .and money also
