Vistara Airlines - Not Giving refunding

I have booked my flight for **-April-****(Hyd-Del), please find below ticket details for your reference.
Due to curfew in I might not travel on above mentioned dates.
I have talked with vistaRa airlines, they have suggested me for cancellation with complete refund option. I said ok for cancellation.
But still see the ticked in HEG. I didn't see option like it is cancelled. I have tried to contact you over phone but no response from your side.
Can you please suggest me how money will be refunded and when see the ticket as cancelled.
