Go Medium Holidays - Not giving refund due to COVID19

Mrunali Vishwas Zagade filed complaint against Go Medium Holidays on Mar 25, 2020

I had booked me and my friend's package for Manali from April *, **** to April *, **** and had paid Rs. **k to them however due to COVID- ** we had to cancel the trip. But this people have given the option of postponement of trip along with no refund if i do not go in next * year.
Please note, we never know when the situation will get normal and they are blocking my money for * year. I need resolution and refund asap
