My Trip Id From Go Medium Holidays GOM****.
My tour plan was applied for *th May through Go Medium Holidays in which I was told about the balcony view of Hotel Nishita Resort. When we reached there, we were suggested about some other room. Also, if this If you don't like the property, it will be changed. When I told about it, abusive language was used against me.
The poor service of this company did not show any kind of promptness on my entire plan and we had to wait outside the hotel for * hours. When it came to canceling the plan, I was asked to charge * times the amount which made me feel uneasy. I am deeply hurt and if action is not taken in time, I will have to file a case in the consumer court.
