I called Tata sky to confirm the particular channels before getting Installed. Only after confirming with their customer service representatives I got it installed on **/*/** and right after downloading their App I came to know that there is no such channel. On the same day I called to cancel this and asked for the refund.
They clearly denied for the Refund. This is called Fraud because they didn’t give any Document written its Non refundable and its not evan Customer Fault.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
