LIC - Not giving portability to change the agent

Many LIC agents/agency in beginning acts like a good guy but after getting the policy they do not even respect the customer. The agent/agency knows very well that the customer will come back to him if his hard earn money will be lost. Therefore being a loyal customer why should I have agency/agent, who does not satisfy customers wish. So LIC should give us a chance of agent portability.
