Goibibo airlines And AirAsia - Not giving me flight cancellation refund amount in my original transaction source

I would like to inform you that I got air tickets booked * times for * persons & another * persons on **-**-** through goibibo services.

I paid Rs.*****/- for Six tickets and ticket receipt is enclosed for your kind perusal.

But due to sudden spread of Covid **, lockdown was imposed in the nation and all transport including Air Transport services, were also cancelled.

In the advisory of Indian govt, all air lines were instructed to refund ticket charges without any charges to the clients/ travellers.

But sir, you have, instead of refunding amount in cash, have issued credit vouchers which is not in compliance with govt orders.

Sir, I am not getting my salaries properly due to Covid ** and I need each and every penny badly and therefore, I request your good self to refund the amount through the same payment mode I used to pay earlier.
