I sell my product on meesho. But I received totally different product as return. As per meesho policy i raised ticket to get claim for wrong return products and provide all the proofs. First they told that i will get claim and after that they rejected my claim saying that my claim rate ratio is high. Again request for claim so they suspended my account saying i asked claim for many times. And now they are saying my account is deactivated so i cannot receive my claims. I have all the proofs still they denied to give me claim. They are mentally harassing me by constantly laying.
