I have purchased a refurbished product of Apple *s vide order number OD****************** on dated * nd September ****. It is under warranty.
Now a days I there was a battery problem. It is giving only ** mins after full charged , then it is became totally blank . no display right now . I tried a lot to reach out their warranty service provider Xtracover , they are not replying . same has been conveyed to flipkart but they are also not helping me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
