Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites - Not getting the refund of my money as per the cancellation refund policy

Don't trust this company, the Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites (CIIS). This is a fraud company. They don't keep their words.
There are hidden clauses which representative will not disclose you while giving the presentation.
We bought a ** years plan from them in June'** at Hotel Diya Park, Sector-**, Gurgaon.
We were told that if we don't like the plan then we can cancel it as per the given cancellation & refund policy on their website.
Now when we asked to cancel the plan and refund our money, they are refusing and telling about a clause of non-refundable policy amount which the representative never told us before.
And now they are not even picking up the calls.
**Beware **
This co. will once take your money, there is no return or refund of your hard earned money.

We were promised to provide minimum * or * star hotel but in our first trip to Neemrana on *th - *th Oct'**, they provided a resort which was not a * or *-star resort and was far away from the fort.
We were isolated during the breakfast buffet since even the breakfast was not included in our booking. It was really so embarrassing for us and we had to order the breakfast separately.
Our food vouchers were also not given to us saying that we will be able to use them only in our next booking.

Later while requesting another booking at Dharamshala/Dalhousie, we were informed to pay the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) every * nights which was an utter shock for us as during presentation we were told that the AMC has to be paid annually only which we believed to be a one time charge in a year irrespective of no. of bookings which they told us that we can take upto ** nights in a year including our bonus nights.
We are bearing the credit card interest charges, and suffered the holiday cancellation charges including train tickets etc.
They spoiled our holiday and now they are not even answering our msgs ,calls or mails and we are being harassed for our own money.
