I have used berger paints seal o prime for waterproofing my interior. But within one month the damp came. I have raised a complaint with complaint no. SR_****_****** on **th January. But, they have not gave me service yet as per warranty certificate.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
