Godrej Appliances - Not Getting Service From Godrej AC product is in warranty period

I have purchase Godrej * Ac In *th April **** I have logged installation in same month but no company person visited they sent there some other person to install he even didn't given me the slip of INSTALLATION which I have paid **** rupees for same, now I'm getting problem in AC I called service centre but now they are denaying to give service and if want to do servicing they are asking for money. I have call records also with me. Need solution for same
