Bikayi.com - Not getting Salary
Aditya Kumar Gupta filed complaint against Bikayi.com on Aug 11, 2021
Hired as in BDA role on **/**/** and got terminated **/**/** without any notice/written in very inappropriate manner & no valid reasons. Company is denying for crediting salary to my account. As according to their policy if person is getting terminated in initial ** days he/she shall not be eligible for any salary benifits.
Nothing as such mentioned in my offer letter & not communicated at the time of joining.
Looking forward for getting full compensation/loss which occurred in the event.
