Bikayi.com - Bikayi took mo ey but no service and denied for refund

I took the service on **rd March to sell ladies wear online however they did not provided me.the service. After I took the services it took me almost a month to arrange my stock and they promised after I will submit my stock they will setup my store and give me.the handover within ** days. But they did not provided me any service for almost a month and then the summer season was almost finished and I was in loss for approx ***** that I spent on the stock to purchase. Than I said I don't want the services now as you were unable to give me the service as required and on time. So they cancelled my loan but one by one all the employees who were in touch with me left the company and also left my WhatsApp group without intimation and then after struggling for * month over E-mail they denied to process the refund and they said I have used all the services but I did not. Please help me that was my hard earned money working ** hours overtime so that I can pay them and now they kept all my money and not at all responding over the E-mail. Please help me I want the resolution please help. I need my money.
